   Located in the Museum District of Denver CO, The District Retirement Community seeks to re-define what a retirement community can be, tapping into the vibrant culture of downtown Denver, while offering natural light and a connection to nature throughout.

   The Threshold Hotel will be a destination for the forward thinking Agri-Tourist.  No longer do patrons desire a hotel experience that is completely devoid of nature.  Threshold takes a look backward to the Interior Landscaping of the 70s and 80s, updating the concept for our modern era.  Threshold looks forward to a time when environmental legibility in the hospitality sector includes the unique synthesis of Nature Tourism, and Neo-Futurism.  This combination of actual pockets of nature, with Sci-Fi inspired Design, serves to point to a future where Nature and Neo-Futurism go hand in hand.  Threshold seeks to transport guests to a striking and clean vision of the future.
